A new Publix store is coming to the Greystone area of Hoover. Publix Super Market is now under construction at Tattersall Park, a development at the corner of U.S. 280 and Alabama 119. The Publix store is expected to open in October of 2019.
The new 48,387-square-foot store is being developed by White Development Co. out of Clearwater, Florida. The store will anchor an additional 9,100 square feet of retail space. Blake Thomas with Southpace Properties is marketing the in-line retail space.


Tattersall Park is one of the best multi-use opportunities in the region.

Birmingham, AL (November 13, 2018) – Publix confirmed that a 48,387 square foot Publix Food and Pharmacy will open in Tattersall Park in October of 2019. Publix will bring the total square footage of tenants opened or committed to Tattersall Park to 158,000 square feet.
