We are grateful for the deals we have done at Tattersall Park that enabled us to complete a no-risk strategy to monetize the 75-acre site for ownership and to facilitate a major investment in multifamily on contiguous property.

Publix, Brookwood Hospital, Walk On’s, Big Whiskey, Defy, Culvers, Pet Paradise, Firestone, Gooch Dental, Christian Brothers, Covenant Schools, APCO Credit Union, Naamen Clinic, Greystone Chiropractic, Blue Rain, and Taco Bell.
The repurposed strategy of a complete development of a 75-acre site to use the site was originally projected for a state of the art/ trophy mixed-use development in 1999. All buildings are occupied by their owner /no lease-up risk to the developer.
The RBY team’s experience was unique to be able to complete the assignment for ownership in this unique approach / strategy.
